Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and confident Spanish-speaking Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare outreach and building strong relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Conduct presentations to healthcare providers and community organizations
- Create and manage marketing materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Track and analyze marketing data using spreadsheets
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or home health
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and spreadsheets
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
