• Nursing needs include G-Tube monitoring, every hour, daily medication administration, daily help with therapy, equipment and supply management.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status regularly.

Provide direct nursing care to children, including assistance with daily living activities.

Conduct physical examinations and document findings accurately.

Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate families on health management and provide support for caregivers.

Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
